Dorex 300 Series Door Closer Specifications

Sized closers for interior and exterior doors shall be 300 series rack and pinion type with cast aluminum alloy shell.

Closer shall be non-handed, surface mounted by 3/4” hole spacing
and shall project no more than 3” from the door surface.
Closer shall have two non-critical thermostatic valves to separately control sweep and latch speeds and provide constant closing speeds under extreme temperatures.
Closer shall contain non-gumming and non-freezing hydraulic fluid. Brackets shall be supplied to permit regular, top jamb or parallel
arm installation and standard arm bracket shall allow 15% power adjustment.
Closer shall be supplied with all necessary mounting fastners.
